What products do you offer?

The CSRS Pets mission is to be a one-stop pet shop, offering everything that your pet needs to be happy and healthy. Our product range includes everything from food and supplements, to toys, grooming, bathing, sleeping, and training!

How do I pay for my order?

We make use of the Yoco platform, a platform we all know and love, to process all payments. You are able to rest easy knowing that all of your information is protected and safe through this secure payment gateway, trusted and utilised by millions across the country.

Am I able to pay with cash when my order is delivered?

We unfortunately do not offer a Cash on Delivery payment option. Payment needs to be received in order for us to process and ship your order.

How does the CSRS Pets Loyalty Program work?

Our Loyalty Program has been designed to reward you for simply purchasing like you would already do. Every time you make a purchase, you earn reward points where for every R100 that you spend, you earn 1 point. These points can be redeemed as a voucher to be used to discount your future orders.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We are thrilled to offer a number of delivery and collection options. We have two collection points, one in Bellville, Cape Town and one in Midrand, Johannesburg. You are able to order for collection and pay R0.00 for delivery! For those that prefer delivery, we are able to deliver all across South Africa as per our shipping fees and timelines. Unfortunately at this point we do not offer international shipping, we only ship to South Africa.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

If you have any issues with your order, be it missing items, incorrect items, or if you ordered the incorrect size, please reach out to us so that we can resolve the issue. You are able to contact us by either completing the contact form on our Contact Us page, or by emailing us at admin@csrsza.com, or by phoning us at 021 001 7600. Please take note that our office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, and with such, are only able to answer mails and calls at these times.
